At Abbloo Print, we are committed to delivering high-quality customized products in a timely manner. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms related to shipping, delivery, and returns of our products.

1. Shipping Information

a. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders with custom designs may require additional time depending on complexity.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

b. Shipping Methods & Charges

We partner with leading logistics providers for reliable delivery across India.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or bulk purchases (if applicable).

c. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Other regions: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays).

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email ID or mobile number. You can track your shipment status directly through the courier’s website.

3. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

Please contact us at support@abblooprint.com with your order number.
We will assist you in tracking the shipment or filing a claim if needed.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is printed or in production.

However, we offer free replacements or reprints under the following conditions:

a. Eligible Replacement Reasons:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprint, wrong size or color)
Damage during transit
Incorrect item shipped

b. Reporting Timeline:

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to support@abblooprint.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

After review, our team will confirm whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect designs uploaded by the customer
Typos or design errors approved in the final proof
Color or scale differences caused by screen-to-print variation
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

6. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be:

Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Issued only in case of order cancellation (before production) or if a reprint is not possible

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order and before design approval or printing starts.
Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
